LJ Book for live/dead/insane journal users

Dr. Bob Worstell left a comment on the Coyote Blog Blookification about how he handles the cut and paste, search and destroy on HTML files in order to create a book [read blook]. It sounded like so much work to me that I thought perhaps I ought to get busy on the software side of things.

I first read about LJ Book when I saw Karen Rani's post "Your Blog in Print." She asked her readers what they would recommend for backing up her blog.
One of them responded:

For those who use Livejournal or DeadJournal or InsaneJournal, there is a free service from LJ Book that will turn your journal into a PDF file, including comments. The only downside is that you cannot exclude private entries from being printed - which is fine for those printing for themselves, not so great if they're looking for distribution.

According to the LJ Book website, it only takes 3-4 minutes to produce the PDF file, ready to print or save and fool with if you have Adobe Acrobat software. [I don't know for sure if there are other editors that you can use on a PDF file. Maybe one of you will enlighten me!]

Bigger files take longer and they've had some problems. You'll probably want to start with the FAQ page which really doesn't tell you much -- but has the link to a Community where you'll get the straight dope. It was by browsing here that I saw you have options re: a table of contents or including comments, etc.

Gotta tell ya, plugging in the URL of my blog and having a PDF come out on the other end sounds pretty simple. Wouldn't you agree?
